Role Description The Brand Ambassador Program for Students at UPSC ZONE AI is a full-time remote role focused on promoting the platform within student communities and educational networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing the brand on campuses and online forums, introducing the platform to peers, and organizing virtual sessions, webinars, or study groups to demonstrate key features. The role involves building awareness through social media outreach, sharing user experiences,



and gathering feedback from aspirants to help improve services.

Ambassadors will collaborate with the marketing and product teams, support customer engagement initiatives, and contribute ideas for campaigns targeted at UPSC and government exam aspirants.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships within student and academic communities.
- Experience or interest in brand ambassadorship and promoting educational or digital products.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on supporting aspirants and addressing basic queries about the platform.
- Ability to create and enhance brand awareness through online and offline student outreach activities.
- Clear, confident communication skills for presentations, social media engagement, and peer interactions.
- Current student or recent graduate, preferably preparing for or familiar with UPSC or government exams.
- Comfort with using digital tools, social media platforms, and online collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote workplace.
