- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for affordable housing loans, LAP loans, microfinance products, and secured loan products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and distributors to expand reach and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in affordable housing loans, LAP loans, microfinance products, or similar areas.
- Robust understanding of mortgage loans (LAP) regulations and guidelines.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
