We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in LAP sales, team management, and business development within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive LAP business sourcing and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor portfolio quality and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP)



sales or related field.

- Qualification: Degree or higher qualification.

- Strong knowledge of the LAP market and local geography.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
