Job Summary

SML Finance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage and grow our branch operations at Patturaikkal.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve business targets.
- Drive loan/financial product sales and branch profitability.
- Develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Monitor collections, portfolio quality, and repayment performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Review branch performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch customer base.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments for smooth branch operations.
- Handle and resolve customer and operational issues effectively.

Candidate Requirements

- Age: 30–40 years
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NBFC, banking, microfinance, lending, or financial services.
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager / Branch Head / Senior Branch Operations role will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, collections, customer acquisition, and branch operations.
- Proven ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development and branch-related activities.
- Candidates from the local area or nearby locations will be preferred.
