Role Description The Branch Manager role at TSIC The Sunshine Immigration Consultancy is a full-time, on-site position based in Meerut.

Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that visa application processes are handled accurately and efficiently. This role involves supervising client consultations, ensuring adherence to immigration guidelines, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and staff development.
- Proficiency in branch operations and administrative management, such as workflow coordination, reporting, and basic financial oversight.
- Excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage consultations and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to understand and apply immigration guidelines, documentation requirements, and compliance procedures.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in immigration, consultancy, or service-oriented businesses is an advantage.
- Comfort working with common office software and CRM tools; familiarity with visa or case-management systems is a plus.
