Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations across freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and internal SOPs.

- Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.

- Ensure that all required Job related entries in the Logisys System are done and completed on time for all products by all concerned, to ensure timely invoicing to the Overseas Agent/customer.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for seamless cargo movement and timely execution of shipments.

Sales &

- Business Development

- Develop, manage, and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.

- Identify current business opportunities and acquire clients for freight forwarding and logistics services.

- Monitor &
- Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing business deals.

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business retention.

- To generate a minimum GP equivalent to at least 1 x Monthly CTC.

Team Leadership &

- People Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff across sales, operations, documentation, and customer service teams.

- Conduct periodic team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and customer-focused culture within the branch.





Customer Service &

- Relationship Management

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and ensuring smooth service delivery.

- Conduct regular reviews with customers to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Partner with operations and sales teams to deliver customized solutions based on client requirements.

Financial Management

- Manage branch budgets, cost controls, and financial performance.

- Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue, margins, expenses, and profitability.

- Ensure timely billing, credit checks, and collections in coordination with the finance team.

- Ability to sustain his/her cost by generating a GP equivalent to 2 x Monthly CTC before completion of probation period.

Compliance &

- Risk Management

- Ensure all operations comply with international trade regulations, customs laws, and safety standards.

- Manage audits, inspections, and documentation to minimize operational risks.

- Implement corrective actions and process improvements as required.

Reporting &

- Coordination

- Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales pipelines, operational updates, and financial metrics.

- Work closely with senior management to align regional and corporate strategies with branch goals.

- Represent the branch in leadership meetings, customer visits, and business reviews.
