Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and achieve monthly business targets.

- Drive Gold Loan sales, customer acquisition, and disbursement.

- Build relationships with customers, agents, and local business partners.

- Lead, train, and motivate the branch team.

- Ensure proper gold appraisal, KYC, documentation, and disbursement.

- Maintain the safety and security of pledged gold and branch cash.

- Monitor loan portfolio quality and ensure timely recovery.

- Ensure compliance with NBFC policies, RBI guidelines, and audit requirements.

- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
