Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations of our 2-wheeler automobile branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, customer relationship, and operational management skills, with a proven track record of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the automobile branch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Insurance, and Delivery operations.
- Monitor stock availability, vehicle movement, documentation, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure the showroom/branch is maintained according to company standards.

Sales & Business Development

- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor walk-ins, enquiries, leads, test rides, bookings, and conversions.
- Review team performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Identify new business opportunities and local market potential.
- Monitor competitor activities, offers, and market trends.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team.
- Set targets and responsibilities for Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and mentor employees to improve productivity.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.

Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.




- Handle escalated customer complaints and important customer enquiries.
- Monitor customer feedback and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Reporting & Administration

- Monitor branch sales, revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, finance, insurance, and payment processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Track key sales KPIs and ensure achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Previous experience managing an automobile dealership/showroom/branch preferred.
- Solid knowledge of 2-wheeler sales and dealership operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer relationship and team-management abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and sales reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Compensation Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
