- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance agent productivity.
- Foster strong relationships with agents, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- 5-22 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
- Proven track record in managing an agency or similar organization.
- Robust understanding of APC (Agency Channel) business model and RPD (Retail Distribution) channels.
