Role Description The Branch Manager role at Bajaj Life in Allahabad is a full-time, in office position responsible for leading branch operations and driving business growth.

Manager oversees sales activities, sets and monitors performance targets, and ensures effective implementation of company strategies at the branch level. This role includes managing and coaching the branch team and insurance consultants, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising and developing teams in financial services or insurance.
- Solid sales, business development, and target-driven mindset, with the ability to plan and execute branch-level growth strategies.
- Customer service orientation, relationship management skills, and the ability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Operational and compliance awareness, including understanding of insurance or financial products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in preparing reports and presenting performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in branch management or a similar leadership role in insurance, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic MS Office applications to manage branch operations and performance tracking.
