Branch Internship Executive / Junior Relationship Executive

- Assist in daily branch Gold Loan operations and customer service.

- Support the branch team in handling customer queries and resolving issues.

- Participate in lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention activities.

- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to improve branch visibility.

- Learn and assist in maintaining customer relationships through personalized services.

- Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and branch reporting.

- Gain practical experience in financial products, services, banking operations, and customer relationship management.

- Work closely with the branch team to understand day-to-day financial services operations.

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 months.

- Location: Branch location nearest to the candidate's house, within a 5 km to 10 km radius.

- Target Candidates: Graduate Freshers only.

- Graduation Batch: 2022 to 2026 as mentioned in the opening.

- Career Progression: Successful interns will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).

- Salary: ₹2.50 LPA up to ₹2.92 LPA + Variables after successful completion of the internship.

- Stipend: Fresher candidates will be taken on a stipend basis during the internship.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

- Fresher candidates only.

- Robust communication skills in regional languages are mandatory.

- Customer-oriented approach.

- Willingness to learn and build a career in the financial services industry.
