Role Description The Branch Head Operations will oversee day-to-day branch activities, ensuring smooth workflows, adherence to policies, and achievement of operational targets. This full time, on-site role is based in Maharashtra, India and involves managing branch resources, supervising staff, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets,



and implementing operational strategies aligned with company goals.

The Branch Head

Operations will handle issue resolution, risk management, and compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management and active participation in planning initiatives to support branch growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance monitoring.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
- Team Management and Communication skills to lead staff, coordinate activities, and maintain clear information flow.
- Budgeting and financial oversight skills to manage costs, track expenditures, and support profitability.
- Experience in branch or unit-level leadership within operations, administration, or related fields.
- Ability to work on-site in Maharashtra, India and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and basic reporting or MIS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on compliance and risk management.
