About the Role

Concept Communications is looking for an accomplished, dynamic and commercially driven Branch Head to lead and grow our Dehradun operations.

The ideal candidate will be a 360-degree communications skilled with strong experience across Digital, Social Media, Public Relations, Advertising and Events, combined with proven expertise in client servicing, business development and team leadership.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can independently manage the branch, build strong client relationships, drive new business and deliver integrated communication solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership & Business Growth

- Take complete ownership of the Dehradun branch's business, revenue, operations and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen Concept Communications' presence across Dehradun and Uttarakhand.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across digital, social media, PR, advertising and events.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, entrepreneurs, government stakeholders, brand heads, marketing leaders and key decision-makers.
- Lead new business pitches, proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Build a strong local network and identify emerging business opportunities.

Digital & Social Media

- Lead and oversee digital communication and social media mandates for clients.
- Develop digital and social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Understand content strategy, platform trends, audience behaviour and digital marketing formats.
- Work closely with creative and digital teams to develop engaging campaigns and content.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Public Relations & Communications





- Develop and oversee strategic PR and corporate communication programmes.
- Build strong relationships with media, journalists, publications and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide strategic communication counsel to clients on brand positioning, reputation and visibility.
- Identify opportunities to integrate PR with digital, advertising and social media campaigns.
- Ensure strong communication outcomes and effective campaign execution.

Advertising & Creative

- Have a strong understanding of mainline advertising, creative campaigns and brand communication.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop impactful campaigns and communication concepts.
- Ensure creative output is aligned with brand strategy, audience insights and client objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, production and media partners for seamless execution.

Events & Experiential

- Lead and oversee corporate events, conferences, launches, brand activations and experiential campaigns.
- Develop event concepts, communication strategies and execution plans.
- Manage clients, vendors, production agencies and internal teams.
- Ensure events deliver strong engagement, visibility and business outcomes.

Integrated Communications

- Develop 360-degree communication strategies combining PR, digital, social media, advertising and events.
- Identify opportunities to integrate multiple communication disciplines into cohesive campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication touchpoints.
- Present strategic recommendations and integrated campaign solutions to senior clients.

Client Servicing & Team Leadership

- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients and build long-term relationships.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, reviews and strategic discussions.




- Manage multiple accounts, projects and teams simultaneously.
- Mentor and develop the Dehradun team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, collaboration and high-quality client service.

Business Development

- Proactively identify prospective clients and new market opportunities.
- Develop credentials, proposals, pitch presentations and integrated communication solutions.
- Lead client pitches and commercial discussions.
- Drive organic growth through existing accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling integrated services.

Candidate Profile

- 15–18 years of experience in integrated communications, advertising, digital marketing, PR, social media, events or a related agency environment.
- Strong understanding and practical exposure to Digital, Social Media, PR, Advertising and Events.
- Proven experience in branch leadership, business development and client servicing.
- Solid strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience managing senior-level clients and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong people-management and team-building capabilities.
- A strong professional network across Dehradun/Uttarakhand will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage multiple verticals, clients and teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
