Branch Internship Gold Loan Executive

- Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan branch operations.

- Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and backend follow-ups.

- Support the branch team in handling customer queries and service requests.

- Maintain good customer relationships and provide customer-focused service.

- Assist in acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers.

- Support local promotional and lead-generation activities through in-house calls.

- Gain practical experience in banking operations and relationship management.

- Work closely with the branch team to understand Gold Loan products and processes.

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 Months.

- Type: Stipend-Based Internship.

- Location: Nearest branch to the candidate's home, within a 5 km to 10 km radius.

- Internship Stipend: ₹12,300 to ₹14,000 per month.

- Career Growth: Successful completion of the 6-month internship leads to promotion as Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).

Post-Internship Salary

- Full time Salary: ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA.

- Maximum Compensation: Up to ₹3.00 LPA, including performance variables and branch bonuses.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:



Graduate Freshers with any degree.

- Graduation Batch: 2023 to 2026.

- Strong communication skills in the local/regional language.

- Friendly and customer-first attitude.

- Willingness to learn and develop a career in banking and financial services.

Training & Certification

- Government-certified on-the-job training under NATS / PMIS.

- Real-world exposure to banking operations.

- Practical experience in customer relationship management.

- Fast-track growth opportunities toward managerial roles based on performance.
