Role Description The Branch Executive role at Wipro Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Branch

Executive will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including monitoring sales performance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, handling key accounts, supporting channel partners, and preparing regular reports on branch performance and market trends. The role involves planning and executing branch-level initiatives,



tracking inventory and logistics in coordination with relevant departments, and supporting local marketing or promotional activities.

Executive will collaborate closely with regional leadership to drive growth, improve service quality, and maintain operational efficiency at the branch.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in branch operations management, including coordination of sales, service, and support functions.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, with the ability to handle key accounts and partner networks effectively.
- Capability in data analysis, reporting, and use of basic business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer products, or engineering/industrial sectors, preferably in a branch or regional operations role.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and travel locally or regionally as business needs require.
