Branch Accountant

Location: Ludhiana

Salary: 3.0 3.5 LPA (In-hand)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

We are looking for a Branch Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, sales accounting, and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle sales accounting and invoicing activities.
- Manage and monitor the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
- Record sales, receipts, collections, and other branch transactions accurately.
- Reconcile customer accounts, sales records, and bank transactions.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the sales team for collections.
- Verify invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related documents.
- Prepare and maintain branch-wise MIS and accounting reports.




- Ensure timely accounting entries and proper documentation.
- Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of Sales Accounting.
- Positive understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
- Knowledge of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and receivables.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in branch accounting, sales accounting, or O2C will be preferred.
