Route39 is looking for confident and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our Bangalore team.
The role involves handling customer calls, bookings, sales enquiries, follow-ups and customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good customer-handling ability and strong spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with bookings and enquiries
- Handle customer requests and support queries
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Explain Route39 products, services and offers
- Handle sales enquiries and convert potential customers
- Coordinate with customers, drivers and the operations team
- Maintain accurate customer and call records
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team
- Achieve assigned call, booking and sales targets
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good listening and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM and other digital tools
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work towards performance and sales targets
- Previous BPO, telecalling, customer support or sales experience is an advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
