We are looking for enthusiastic and confident BPO Telecallers to join our team on a part-time basis. Freshers are welcome to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining products/services, handling basic queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities Make inbound and outbound calls to customers. Explain company products, services, or offers clearly. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information. Maintain proper records of calls and customer details. Follow up with interested customers. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets. Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.

Requirements Fresher candidates are welcome.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.



Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage. Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers. Confident and polite while speaking with customers. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
