Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Kannada / Hindi BPO Trainer to train and develop BPO employees in customer service, communication, process knowledge, call handling, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada and/or Hindi, with strong training and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing BPO employees.

- Provide training in Kannada and Hindi based on process requirements.

- Train employees on customer handling, communication skills, call etiquette, and professional behavior.

- Explain process guidelines, SOPs, FAQs, and escalation procedures.

- Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and practical training sessions.

- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.

- Identify knowledge gaps and arrange refresher training.

- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance.

- Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, feedback, and performance reports.

- Ensure trainees meet the required quality and productivity standards before moving to production.

- Keep training materials and process documentation updated.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and/or Hindi.

- Positive English communication skills.





- Strong presentation and classroom-training skills.

- Good understanding of BPO/customer service processes.

- Ability to conduct mock calls and practical training.

- Robust interpersonal and coaching skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

- Ability to motivate and engage trainees.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- Prior experience as a BPO Trainer, Process Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Senior Customer Support Executive is preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant BPO training or customer service experience preferred.

- Candidates with strong BPO experience and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

- Kannada / Hindi fluency is mandatory.

- BPO training experience preferred.

- International/domestic voice process experience will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
