About the Role

Sycomp is seeking an experienced Boomi Integration & Flow Developer to join our Enterprise Technology team and play a key role in driving enterprise connectivity, automation, and digital transformation across our global business. In this highly visible position, you will design, develop, and support mission-critical integrations connecting Oracle EBS, Salesforce, EDI trading partners, and other business applications that power our Accounting and Finance operations worldwide.

This is an opportunity to work on complex enterprise initiatives where your solutions will directly impact operational efficiency, financial data integrity, and business scalability. You'll collaborate with Finance, ERP, and technology leaders to build robust integrations, develop APIs that enable next-generation applications and AI-driven solutions, and enhance business workflows through the Boomi platform.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integration processes supporting Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and third-party platforms.
- Build and publish REST APIs for internal applications and emerging AI-enabled solutions.
- Support, enhance, and extend applications built using Boomi Flow.
- Configure,



monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI integrations with customers and suppliers.
- Manage integration deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Develop monitoring, alerting, error-handling, and recovery mechanisms to ensure high system reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and integration specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, ERP, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide production support and resolve integration issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
- Robust hands-on experience with Dell Boomi Integration.
- Experience integrating Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with enterprise applications.
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience integrating Salesforce using Boomi connectors and APIs.
- Expertise in REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience designing, publishing, and securing APIs.
- Experience supporting production integrations and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, database integrations, and enterprise data flows.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Boomi Flow.
- Exposure to API Management / API Gateway platforms.
- Experience with ANSI X12 EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 997, 846, 832).
- AS2 configuration and trading partner onboarding experience.
- Familiarity with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory modules.
- Programming experience with Java, Groovy,



JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
- Understanding of source control and software release management practices.
- Experience supporting AI/LLM-driven applications through API integrations.
