We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Relationship Executive to join our microfinance team. The role involves both field visits and office-based responsibilities, including customer relationship management, lead generation, and loan-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for microfinance products.
- Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.
- Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.
- Follow up with customers regarding repayments and account-related matters.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in microfinance, banking, NBFC, sales, or financial services.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field + office work.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of loan and financial products.
- Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for field visits.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
