Role Description The BMI Architect at SMARTANK will be responsible for designing and optimizing business model architectures that align with client strategies and performance objectives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with consulting teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectural designs, frameworks, and integrated solutions. Day-to-day activities include assessing client business processes, mapping current and target architectures, overseeing solution integration, and supporting the development of tools or systems that enable strategic execution.

The BMI Architect will also manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders,



and prepare explicit documentation and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews. Additionally, the role involves continuous improvement of methodologies and contributing to best practices that enhance SMARTANK’s advisory offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills to conceptualize and structure business model and solution frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to support the design and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business scenarios and propose practical, data-informed solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams and present recommendations clearly.
- Relevant experience in business consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture in a professional services or corporate environment is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, demonstrate high ethical standards, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented consulting environment.
