Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, target-oriented, and responsible individuals to join our organization and contribute to our overall business growth. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling various aspects of business development, sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, and branch operations based on their assigned roles and responsibilities.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and converting leads, acquiring new customers, maintaining robust relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company’s products and services. Candidates will be expected to actively participate in field and market activities, conduct customer follow-ups, understand customer requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.

The selected candidates will also be responsible for achieving individual and team targets, maintaining regular customer communication, updating records, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

For managerial positions, the responsibilities will additionally include team management,



performance monitoring, target planning, branch administration, business expansion, and reporting to senior management. For executive and associate-level positions, the focus will be on lead generation, customer acquisition, sales activities, follow-ups, market development, and supporting branch operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
