Must Have:

- relevant experience in RPA Process Automation using Blue Prism Tool.
- Experience in RPA Process Discovery, designing, development and testing of BOTs using Blueprism
- Experience in maintaining, securing, and retrieving user credentials
- Experience in API Integrations
- Experience in IDP
- Worked with database technology like Microsoft SQL server/Oracle
- Proficient in all phases of SDLC such as Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance.
- Experienced in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Development Environment
- Experience in orchestration for deployment, monitoring and management of Blueprism BOTs
- Experience in creating process flows using Process Studio, Object Studio and Control room in Blue Prism
- Experience in Multi Bot architecture Process development and managing robot workloads using work queues
- Expertise in using application modeler, Spy modes and attributes




- Experience in queue configurations, monitoring, exception handling, efficient use of stages, datatypes, environment variables
- Hands on experience in building and developing VBOs for different types of Applications (Browser, Windows, Citrix, Mainframe) using Blueprism tool
- Mentoring others and sharing best practices
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and other teams to drive such automation initiatives
- Proven experience in innovativeness, ability to integrate disparate Technologies.

Positive to Have:

- Coordination with the customer COE on Blue Prism engagements
- Understand Business Process, Analyze and design SDD for given requirements.
- Develop generic VBOs interfacing with Applications utilized in Business process following BP Client defined standards that can be reused for other processes as well.
- Develop Process flow in BP Process studio, Integrate , perform Unit testing
- Perform Self and Peer Code reviews before deployments to meet defined standards

Essential:

- Complete technical documentation for deployment, Operations , Scheduler and do deployment of RPA process and Objects to QA UAT Prod environments
- Produce high quality solutions that will enhance or simplify existing processes
- Encourage the use of best practices and workflows throughout the organization
- Contribute to team discussions and stand-ups
- Mentor and lead other developers, and share knowledge with the broader team

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
