Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Work on engineering and technology projects based on client requirements and project objectives
- Understand technical requirements, specifications, and project deliverables
- Develop, implement, test, and support solutions within the assigned technical domain
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, project management, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Analyse technical challenges and develop practical and effective solutions
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, testing, validation, and documentation activities
- Ensure deliverables meet defined quality, performance, and customer requirements
- Identify potential technical risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them proactively




- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical and production-related issues
- Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Follow established engineering processes, quality standards, and project methodologies
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and engineering best practices
- Stay updated with relevant technologies, tools, standards, and industry developments
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure consistent quality and timely completion

What Makes You a Excellent Fit

- 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, IT, technology, or a relevant technical domain
- Strong technical fundamentals and practical experience in your area of specialization
- Experience working on client-facing or engineering delivery projects
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Good understanding of engineering or software development processes, depending on the assigned domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work within defined timelines
- Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred
