We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Blow Moulding Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving efficiency on the shop floor while maintaining high product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Execution: Strictly follow and execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet operational targets.

Machine & Process Management: Set, maintain, and continuously monitor machine settings and product parameters for optimal output.

Quality Control (QC): Perform basic quality control checks and ensure all products meet the required specifications and standards.

Manpower Management: Allocate tasks, manage shop-floor personnel, and ensure a productive and safe working workplace.

Material Handling: Effectively manage raw materials to minimize wastage and track inventory levels for seamless production.

Maintenance: Conduct basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues to reduce downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory: Proven,



hands-on previous experience in Blow Moulding manufacturing.

Working Hours: Standard duty hours apply. However, the candidate must be willing to wait and work after hours in case of emergencies or unexpected production issues.

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage manpower and shop-floor dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

Prior working experience with blow moulding machines manufactured by Jagmohan and/or Aryan Industries.

Local candidates residing in or around Vapi, Daman, or Silvassa will be given high preference.

Salary: Highly competitive and as per market standards (commensurate with previous experience and skills).
