- Role & responsibilities:
- Perform acceptance testing and quality checks for current installations
- Act as the single point of contact between technical, clinical, and administrative teams.
- Coordinate with front office, nursing, and doctors for scheduling of EECP or other therapy sessions.
- Monitor centre operations patient load, equipment utilization, stock levels, and service delivery.
- Escalate and follow up on operational issues until resolution.
- Assist in centre performance reporting (daily/weekly dashboards).
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, calibration and servicing of the EECP machine(s) at the site (hospital/clinic).
Preferred candidate profile:
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical devices.
- Prior experience with EECP machines, cardiology-related equipment, or non-invasive therapy systems is highly preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of medical equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with EECP systems, ECG, monitors, defibrillators, and other cardiovascular diagnostic tools.
- Location flexibility: Willing to travel between centres if required.
