Role Description The Biology Teacher for Class 9th–10th at Base 2 Core will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with school and board curricula, ensuring students develop strong conceptual understanding and exam-ready skills.

on-site role based in Lucknow.? Qualifications

- Strong subject expertise in Biology, with the ability to teach Class 9th–10th concepts clearly and accurately.
- Proven Teaching experience and recognition as a Qualified Teacher, preferably in secondary school or coaching institute settings.
- Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and structuring courses to cover syllabus requirements and exam patterns effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in simple language and manage classroom interactions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences,
- Experience preparing students for board examinations and familiarity with relevant curricula (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, or state boards).
- Ability to create a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for diverse student backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong classroom management, assessment, and feedback skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and learner progress.
