Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Trainer with 5+ years of industry experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BIM software, excellent training and mentoring skills, and the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and online training on BIM tools and workflows.
- Train students and professionals in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and project-based learning.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM standards, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Assist trainees with project work, technical queries, and career guidance.




- Collaborate with the academic and technical teams to improve training programs.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in BIM projects and training.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination.
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and BIM standards.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- BIM certification or Autodesk Certified Professional certification is preferred.

Preferred

- Prior experience as a BIM Trainer or Technical Instructor.
- Experience working on international BIM projects is an added advantage.
- Immediate/Instant joiners are highly preferred.
