We are looking for an experienced

BIM Modeler – PHE with 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial projects

. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed PHE/Plumbing BIM models, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.

- Develop and maintain detailed

PHE/Plumbing BIM models using

Revit MEP

.

- Model domestic water supply, drainage, stormwater, sanitary, and other plumbing systems.

- Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, sections, and detailed drawings.

- Coordinate PHE models with

Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Fighting disciplines.

- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools.

- Prepare detailed shop drawings, schedules, and documentation as required.

- Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans.

- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other stakeholders.





- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.

- Support the BIM team in resolving technical and modeling-related issues.

- Maintain model integrity and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering

, or a related field.

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in PHE/Plumbing BIM modeling.

- Solid hands-on experience in

Revit MEP and

AutoCAD

.

- Good working knowledge of

Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.

- Strong understanding of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and plumbing systems

.

- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects such as hotels, hospitals, offices, retail, mixed-use developments, and high-rise buildings.

- Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
