Role Description The BIM Manager – WT India role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The BIM Manager will lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring accurate, integrated, and compliant digital models for property, construction, and infrastructure projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing BIM standards and protocols, managing model creation and maintenance, overseeing clash detection and resolution, and coordinating with architecture and MEP teams to support virtual design and construction workflows. The role involves guiding project teams on best practices, providing technical support and training on BIM tools,



and collaborating closely with project managers and digital solutions specialists to improve efficiency and data quality. The BIM Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of WT’s digital delivery methods and support the implementation of innovative technologies aligned with client and project needs.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model setup, standards, workflows, and quality control.
- Experience in BIM Coordination and Virtual Design, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary models and address design and construction conflicts.
- Background in Architecture or related built setting disciplines, with a solid understanding of design documentation and construction processes.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within BIM models.
- Proficiency in leading BIM teams, mentoring modelers and coordinators, and collaborating with project managers and consultants.
- Advanced skills in common BIM and design software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 or similar platforms).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant BIM certifications are an advantage.
