Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for Electrical systems using Revit and other BIM platforms.

- Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation.

- Coordinate electrical systems with Mechanical, Plumbing, Architectural, and Structural disciplines.

- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks and related BIM tools.

- Support project teams throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases.

- Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports from BIM models.

- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and industry standards.

- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support to stakeholders.

- Maintain model accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

- Support the implementation of BIM best practices and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of BIM Engineering experience specializing in MEP Electrical systems.

- Proven experience working on Data Center projects, including mission-critical facilities and high-density electrical infrastructure.

- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.

- Experience coordinating electrical systems such as:

- UPS Systems

- MV/LV Distribution

- Generators

- Busways

- Grounding & Lightning Protection

- Fire Alarm Systems

- Security and ELV Systems

- Robust understanding of BIM coordination workflows, clash detection, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

- Knowledge of international electrical design standards and construction practices.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Amenable to work full onsite.
