We are looking for a skilled BIM Electrical Modeler responsible for creating, modifying, and coordinating electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP
. The candidate will work with electrical design teams to develop accurate 3D models, drawings, and documentation for building projects while ensuring coordination with other MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
Model electrical systems including
o Lighting systems o Power distribution o Cable trays and conduits o Electrical panels o Small power systems o ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data, Access Control)
Create detailed electrical layouts, sections, schedules, and construction drawings.
Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, SLDs, and engineer markups into BIM models.
Perform BIM coordination with Mechanical, Plumbing, Architectural, and Structural teams.
Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage or similar tools.
Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, templates, and project documentation.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience working in BIM Electrical Modeling with Autodesk Revit,
