Job Title: BIM Consultant Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3+ Years :- We are looking for a BIM Consultant – Architectural/Structural with 3+ years of experience to manage BIM coordination, model quality, documentation, and project deliverables. The candidate will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure productive BIM workflows and high-quality project outputs.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage BIM submissions, QA/QC, and model quality.
- Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans, strategies, standards, and protocols.
- Conduct weekly Revit model reviews and quality checks.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams.
- Support construction documentation, as-built drawings, and project deliverables.
- Plan and monitor look-ahead schedules and ensure timely submissions.




- Advise teams on BIM best practices and coordination processes.
- Support BIM training and documentation for basic and advanced coordination.
- Act as the BIM point of contact for assigned projects.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills :-

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the BIM industry.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
- Good understanding of Architecture, Structure, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
