Role Description The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models to support architectural and construction project delivery. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural and construction drawings, creating accurate 3D models, preparing documentation for submittals, and collaborating with design and engineering teams.

The role also involves reviewing models for compliance with project standards, identifying clashes and design issues, and contributing to workflow automation initiatives to improve efficiency. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Kurla, requiring close collaboration with project stakeholders and participation in project meetings.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Architecture, including understanding of design principles and building systems
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for coordination and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation and management
- Ability to prepare and review Submittals and related project documentation
- Experience with industry-standard BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar)
- Attention to detail, ability to interpret project specifications, and adherence to quality standards
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams on-site
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- Experience in prefabrication or construction workflows and familiarity with automation tools is an advantage
