We're Hiring: Billing & QA/QS Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

[Gurgaon / Delhi-NCR] · Full-time · On-site + Project Sites

FocusOn Interiors — Crafting Spaces, Inspiring Experiences — is a turnkey interior fit-out and execution company delivering commercial interiors, civil & MEP packages, and design-and-build projects across Gurgaon, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. As our project pipeline grows, we're looking for a detail-driven Billing & QA/QS Engineer to strengthen quantity surveying, billing accuracy, and quality assurance across our fit-out projects.

What you'll do

- Prepare, verify, and certify client bills (RA bills) and subcontractor/vendor bills against BOQ, drawings, and actual site measurements.
- Take site measurements, maintain measurement sheets, and reconcile executed quantities with the approved BOQ.
- Prepare and evaluate BOQs, rate analysis, and variation/extra-item claims for interior, civil, and MEP packages.
- Track project quantities, material consumption, and wastage; support cost control and budget vs. actual reporting.
- Conduct quality checks against approved specifications, drawings, and mock-ups; raise and close snags with the execution team.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation — checklists, inspection reports, method statements, and material approvals.




- Coordinate with project managers, PMC/consultants, and clients for measurement joint-verification and bill certification.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, EHS requirements, and project quality standards.

What we're looking for

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- [4–8] years of experience in billing, quantity surveying, and QA/QC — preferably in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, or civil & MEP works.
- Solid command of measurement, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of AutoCAD and billing/measurement practices.
- Understanding of interior and MEP execution sequences, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to work across multiple concurrent sites.
