We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity measurements, and client/vendor billing activities for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare client bills, RA bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor bills as per project progress.
- Take site measurements and verify quantities executed at the project site.
- Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, quantity sheets, and billing statements.
- Check contractor/subcontractor bills against work orders, BOQ, drawings, and actual site measurements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, work completion, and billing documents.
- Monitor project quantities, variations, extra items, and deviations.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and material requirement calculations.
- Verify invoices, work orders, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Track billing progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate for corrections.
- Prepare monthly billing and project cost MIS reports.




- Support final account preparation and project closure documentation.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a relevant construction-related qualification.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Billing/QS/Quantity Surveying in Real Estate or Construction.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity estimation, measurements, and billing procedures.
- Good understanding of civil construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/ERP software.
- Knowledge of IS codes, construction materials, and measurement standards is preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites as required.
