About the Role

We are looking for a Billing Engineer to manage measurement, billing, and reconciliation for civil works on a large-scale EPC project. This role requires precision in quantity verification and robust coordination across site and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills based on site measurements and approved BOQ rates
- Maintain measurement books (MB), quantity reconciliation statements, and billing registers
- Verify executed quantities against drawings and BOQ before submission
- Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill certification and query resolution
- Track subcontractor billing and maintain cost-control records
- Support rate analysis and variation/claim documentation as required

Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of billing experience in EPC or large construction projects
- Strong command of BOQ interpretation, MB maintenance, and billing software
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
