Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and running account statements .
- Verify measurements, BOQs, rates, quantities, and supporting documents before billing.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Procurement, and Finance teams for timely bill submission and certification.
- Track work progress against BOQ and identify quantity/rate variations.
- Prepare variation statements, reconciliation statements, and final accounts .
- Review subcontractor bills and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Maintain project-wise billing records, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Support cost control, revenue tracking, and project commercial closure .




- Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill certification and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure billing documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project contracts.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field .
- 3–5 years of experience in billing/commercials, preferably in Interior Fit-out, Design & Build, Construction, or Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis, RA billing, variations, and reconciliation .
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and billing/project management software.
- Solid analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet billing deadlines.
