Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, tender documents, and quantities for various projects.

- Conduct rate analysis, quantity estimation, and cost control on a project basis.

- Manage contractor billing, subcontractor billing, and vendor payments.

- Ensure timely submission of monthly bill status reports (MBSR) to clients.

- Coordinate with Site Teams and Accounts Team to resolve billing-related issues.

- Review contractor and subcontractor claims against approved BOQs, work orders, and contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-12 years of experience in Billing Engineering or related field.

- Diploma or BE degree in Civil from a recognized institution.

- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
