Role Description The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and verifying project bills, ensuring accurate quantities, rates, and documentation in line with contract terms. Day-to-day tasks include preparing BOQs, conducting quantity take-offs from drawings, performing rate analysis, and coordinating with site teams and project managers to validate measurements and work progress.

The role involves working with billing systems, maintaining up-to-date records,



reconciling client and contractor bills, and supporting project cost control and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely and error-free billing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying for accurate estimation and billing.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and proficiency in Billing Systems to manage data, validate figures, and generate reports.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Rate Analysis to evaluate costs, support tenders, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Candidates should possess positive knowledge of construction drawings, PEB/EPC workflows, and basic project cost control practices.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience as a Billing Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate documentation under deadlines.
