Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and verification of client RA (Running Account) bills as per contract terms.

- Preparation and certification of subcontractor/vendor bills.

- Quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.

- Coordination with site engineers for measurement records and work progress.

- Maintaining billing records and supporting documentation.

- Reconciliation of quantities with BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

- Preparation of variation/extra item statements.

- Tracking project progress for billing milestones.

- Ensuring timely submission of bills and follow-up for payments.

- Supporting project team in cost control and budget monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelors degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma).

- 5 to 10 years of experience in billing for infrastructure/building / Metro / Railway projects. (EPC / MEP)

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and contract conditions.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.

- Good understanding of project documentation and measurement sheets.

- Robust analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in government or large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Familiarity with ERP systems.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
