Job Role & Responsibilites

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI Engineer with expertise in Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), along with a good understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and user-friendly PowerBI reports and dashboards.
- Develop and optimize complex queries and stored procedures on Microsoft SQL Server to support BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement data modelling best practices to create efficient and scalable solutions.
- Utilize Power Automate to automate business workflows and reporting processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security across all BI solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues related to BI tools and databases.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in BI technologies and recommend improvements.




- Understanding of Tableau / Crystal Report will be an added advantage

Requirements

- Proven experience as a BI Engineer or similar role with a solid focus on PowerBI and MSSQL Server.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, including query writing, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Power Automate and integrating it with BI workflows.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.
