Role Description

- Manage and coordinate BIM projects using BEXEL Manager.
- Develop and manage 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models and workflows.
- Perform model coordination, quantity take-offs, scheduling, and project analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare project presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
- Support sales and business development through client meetings, product demonstrations, and identifying new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and support successful project delivery.

The Bexel Manager Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for leading and optimizing the use of Bexel-related tools and workflows within client projects. This role oversees the configuration, implementation, and management of Bexel solutions to support project planning, coordination, and performance tracking. The Bexel Manager Expert collaborates closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and ensure consistent data integrity and reporting.



Day-to-day tasks include managing project setups, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, training team members, and contributing to process improvements and best practices. The role also involves preparing documentation, providing regular status updates, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that enhance overall project efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Bexel or similar project management and construction technology platforms, including system configuration, workflow design, and performance optimization.
- Solid background in project management practices, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret project data, generate insights, and create clear dashboards or reports for stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in relevant software, IT infrastructure, and integration concepts to ensure seamless connectivity across tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms and support user training and adoption.
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance in technology-enabled environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in project management or construction technology are an advantage.
- Prior experience in technology consulting, construction technology, or large-scale project environments, preferably within an on-site or client-facing setting.
