? WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The strongest and most promising submissions may be invited for further discussion and evaluation.

Based on the overall assessment, BharatPACS may consider offering a suitable candidate a Co-Founder / leadership opportunity.

Subject to applicable company policies, eligibility, mutual agreement and formal documentation, the selected candidate may also be considered for equity participation.

There is no fixed equity percentage promised through this post.

The selected person will be expected to actively contribute to the company and work toward turning the ideas into measurable results.
