Role Description This is a full-time Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Bhopal, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in office and work-from-home flexibility.

The Bench Sales

Recruiter will manage the end-to-end process of marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable job opportunities, and building relationships with clients and vendors. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying requirements, submitting candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and following up to ensure successful onboarding. The role also involves maintaining and expanding a vendor and client network,



tracking submissions and placements, and collaborating with internal teams for timely updates and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales for IT consultants.
- Candidates should possess experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Hiring processes, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management, client relationship building, and vendor management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in US IT staffing or bench sales, familiarity with job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster), and basic knowledge of recruitment compliance are beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work with targets, and proficiency in CRM or ATS tools are advantageous.
