About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Bench Sales Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to US vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

- Identify and source new job requirements through staffing networks and job portals.

- Share consultant profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and close placements.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from requirement sourcing to placement closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.

- Maintain daily and weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.





- Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with US staffing processes.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Willingness to work in a US night-shift schedule.
