Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent from various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. to fill open positions on the client's W2 payroll.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating with clients about availability dates, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to candidate placement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in bench sales or staffing industry.
- Solid understanding of US IT market trends and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
