We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with strong exposure to the US IT Staffing market and a proven track record of marketing consultants across vendor and direct client networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to US clients, MSPs, and staffing vendors

- Generate requirements through existing vendor relationships and direct outreach

- Match consultants to suitable opportunities and submit profiles with high accuracy

- Negotiate billing rates and coordinate interviews through closure

- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants

- Ensure compliance with documentation, onboarding, and employment requirements

- Maintain accurate tracking of submissions, interviews, offers, and placements

What We Expect

- Proven experience in US Bench Sales / Talent Marketing





- Strong vendor network within the US staffing ecosystem

- Clear understanding of employment and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

- Good knowledge of visa and immigration classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, H4 EAD)

- Strong negotiation, communication, and closure skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with high accountability
