Bench Sales Recruiter – US Staffing

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place US-based IT consultants on contract opportunities. The role involves identifying suitable requirements, working with vendors and clients, negotiating rates, coordinating submissions and interviews, and driving consultant placements. These responsibilities are consistent with current US staffing Bench Sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, MSPs, and direct clients .
- Identify suitable job requirements through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, vendor portals, VMS/MSP platforms, and existing vendor networks .
- Match consultant skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorization with suitable requirements.
- Submit consultant resumes to relevant vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US recruiters, vendors, implementation partners, and clients .
- Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and other engagement details .
- Coordinate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and placements.
- Follow up consistently with vendors and clients regarding submitted profiles.
- Maintain and update consultant resumes, availability, skills, location, and work authorization details.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and consultants throughout the placement process.
- Maintain daily records of submissions, interviews, requirements, and placements in CRM/ATS/Excel .




- Generate new vendor contacts and expand the company's US staffing network.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets .
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and market requirements.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales / IT Recruitment preferred.
- Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizen is preferred.
- Understanding of hiring models such as W2, C2C, and 1099 .
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, job boards, vendor portals, or VMS/MSP platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive follow-up and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ATS systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, US IT Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Staffing Consultant, or IT Staffing Executive may be considered, provided they have strong communication, vendor-management, and candidate-marketing skills.
